It is unfortunate that the things that are made to connect us to people around us, make us drift further apart. I dont remember sharing half the information that I share now when I was young, and what is worse - nowadays, it is not what you know about a person but what you don't know. I guess this depicts humility in its core. If you are aware that that shared information runs even the slightest risk of boosting your ego, you would share a lot less information. Next time, try when experiencing something magnificent, instead of taking a picture to post on Instagram or Facebook, take a second and just experience it. I bet you you will notice the difference :)
